At Lakewood Plant Shop, our green wonders can find their way to any corner of the contiguous US (48 states). Although we currently don't venture beyond these regions, stay tuned for updates on potential shipping expansions. Typically, your orders set forth within 2-4 days of placement, but we're always striving to expedite the process.
Please be aware that we observe national holidays, and on these days, we take a brief pause from fulfilling orders. Your plants embark on a journey from either Ohio or Florida, depending on our current inventory. Delivery may take 3-5 business days, contingent upon the destination. In cases of inclement weather, we may delay shipments temporarily to ensure your plant's safety.
Shipping costs are influenced by distance and total cart size, starting at a modest $4. We're pleased to deliver anywhere in the contiguous US (48 states), and orders exceeding $150 revel in the luxury of free shipping (excluding third-party merchandise). Once a package has begun its journey, shipping fees are non-refundable.

However, if your cherished plant or planter arrives with any imperfections, promptly send us a note at info@lakewoodplantcompany.com, accompanied by pictures of the damage. We're devoted to ensuring you and your leafy friends are well cared for.
